  I think they have new owners, but whatever's new, it works! Very clean, the food was perfect, and the fries were plentiful. Must try the buffalo chicken wrap!!

  First, fries were great and so was sandwich! I went on Thursday 3-3-16. Got out of class from U of M Collierville and it was almost 8:30pm. Dreading hitting McD or similar and decided to try Steak Escape. Was met by NEW owner. They had my sandwich (Cajun Chicken) ready in a minute. Hot and fresh. New owner asked how I liked it. They are taking feedback since they just acquired the restaurant from the previous owner a few weeks ago. Good time to try it again and let them know what you think. The new owner said they are concentrating on getting back to the franchise standards customer's expect. The lemonade was fresh and very good. Sounds like he has plans to refresh the look as well. The food was very good! I thought I would just eat half and take the rest home but It was so good I devoured it in one sitting. I will be back to try something else and of course get more fries.

  Loved the new change. The food tasted fresh and longer using that flat frozen meat. Fries were great and the sandwhich had just the right ammount of everything. Store was clean and employees friendly.
